You could set an alarm on your phone to wake you up in that amount of time, then you go sleep. When you wake up, you've bypassed the pre-order time.

Disclaimer, I don't know how PSN' s digital content unlocks. I'm basing this on our digital content and how it unlocks, but I imagine PSN is identical.
Content is predownloaded to a pc. Content is set to establish contact with the server at a set time.
When the set time is reach, the content checks with the server to verify the correct time and date. If that fails, return to step 1.
If the server verifies with the pc that the set time is correct, it checks with a payment server to verify that payment has been processed and verified. If this step is failed, it generates an email and returns the process to the end of step 2.
If the server verifies that it is both the correct date and that payment has been made, it generates a one-time only unlock code and transmits it to the software. The software unlocks and is available for use.

Unless you have access to the server or the server is malfunctioning, there's absolutely no way to get early access to digital content. In theory If there was a DRM stripper that worked for PSN purchases, you could do that, but it would be a lot of hassle and you wouldn't be able to do it on the console. Further, if the game had online features, you'd be risking a console ban.
